What is the exchange period?

Customers can easily exchange their products within 7 days of receiving them.

What is the eligibility for exchanges?

To exchange an item, it must be in its original condition which means it must be unused.

Please note that personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during shipping.

What is the process of exchange?

Then, customers should send the shipment back via any courier service to our warehouse address for the exchange.
